Syllabus:
Coaching regimes and intensities to suit the competitive swimming calendar. Develop sufficient speed and endurance to undertake moderate to heavy training sessions. Good discipline and an example to lower squads.
Take part in Club, Borough, County and District Championships and selected inter club and open galas.
Be available for Speedo League galas if selected.
