ASA registration

ASA Data Protection guidelines

All our swimmers are registered with the ASA.  This is what gives us our insurance cover.  The level of registration depends on age and competition.

It is a requirement of most galas and leagues in which we swim that the swimmer has an individual registration.  The Club pays the registration fee out of your monthly standing order.  All you have to do is fill out a blue form.  If you are not yet competing there is no need to fill in the form (there is still a fee to pay, but this is paid for by the Club as with older swimmers).

The Club's policy is to accept only sole registration.  The few exceptions to this are for school swim teams, water polo and work-related teams.  Such cases will be considered on their merits.

Asthma medication
