the car park adjacent to the main driveway and not on
the pavements
There are pathways
to access the sports complex and swimming pool.
Please can ALL parents and swimmers use these and NOT
walk across
the grassed area by the
John Colet Statue, as this area
is being badly
damaged.

WSC follows the
ASA Guidelines on the Use of Photographic/Filming
Equipment at Competitions and at Club
Sessions. The ASA Guidelines can be found on the Club’s website alongside this
policy. For the avoidance of
doubt, this applies to mobile phones with a camera/video capability, as well as
cameras and videocams.
The key points from these Guidelines for parents and members;
- The use of Photographic/Filming Equipment at Gala’s is permitted provided
the individual registers their intent with the promoter of the event and
completes the appropriate logbook before using the equipment. At WSC Gala’s
the logbook will be made available by the person organising before the event
starts.
- Parents are not permitted to use Photographic/Filming Equipment at WSC
training sessions.
- If a Club Coach intends to use Photographic/Filming Equipment at a WSC
Training session as an aid to the training programme swimmers/parental
permission will be sought prior to its use.
Those members who have arrears, which would include not making their payment
for August or changing their Standing Order to the New Fees,
will not be permitted to swim until their account is in
order. Please do not embarrass the coaches by asking them to break these rules. WSC
is a members' club and we owe each other respect and courtesy.
